Frequently Asked Questions
Won't my cat come down on its own?
Some do. Many don't, especially from high up. If it has been up there overnight or it's hot out, don't wait.
Should I try with a ladder?
Please don't. Ladders against trees are one of the most common ways people get hurt, and a scared cat often climbs higher.
What does it cost?

Get the owner's okay, and we'll handle the rest.
