Sometimes the answer is a pruning or a cable. Sometimes it's that the tree is sound and you can stop worrying. And sometimes it needs to come down, in which case you'll know why, and you'll get a written price.

What are the warning signs of a dangerous tree?
New or worsening lean, cracks in the trunk or major limbs, fungus at the base, large dead branches, heaving soil on one side, and cavities. Any of these is worth a look.
Can you write up the findings?
Yes, on request. Useful for HOAs, neighbors, landlords and home sales.
What if the tree is on my neighbor's property?
We can look at it from your side and tell you what we see. Texas generally lets you trim branches over your line; removing the tree is up to the owner.
