Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my oak has oak wilt?
Live oaks show leaves with yellow or brown veins and dieback that spreads to neighboring oaks. Red oaks can brown out quickly in late spring. If you see it, call early; timing matters.
Can a declining tree be saved?
Often, if the cause is found early and it's something like compaction, watering or deadwood. Some diseases can't be reversed, and then the question is safety.
Do you put findings in writing?
Yes, on request. HOAs, home buyers and city permit offices often want it.
Will you just tell me to remove it?
